*Providing customer support

If you contact our Helpline, the method of contact you use (call, email, social media) will be automatically be recorded and retained by us for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months. At this point all your contact and historical data will be deleted from our Helpline database.

We retain your contact for this period to uniquely identify your contact from others that we receive, in order to monitor the volume and nature of Helpline contact we get and improve Helpline performance.

Your contact to the Helpline may lead to your query being referred to another part of our business. If so the Helpline may pass on relevant personal details about you (including name, contact details, and details about your workplace) internally to our staff that will deal with your case.
